Fast Food - Shocking Facts

With our busy lives, we all love the convenience of fast food or our chain restaurants. However, it might shock you to realize the calories, fats and sodium in some of our favorite choices. American people are being duped. We need to become more aware of what we are putting into our mouths.

I found a great site that is nonprofit that will help many of us to learn how to eat in a more healthy manner:

I have no affiliation with this site in any manner. The chart below is only a small sampling of some of the foods that we tend to select and only meant to open our eyes. Happy eating!

(I put this in a nice table; however, hubpages did not convert as a table - anyone have any suggestions on how to do this???)

You can do a screen capture of the table/s from your computer and paste it here as a graphic, but that's not good for SEO. What you can try is shift-enter, it gives you a little more option in your formatting. :)

I tried but it doesn't work in this comment box. I put an example of what I mean here:

It's an unpublished hub.

How do I gain access to the information. I clicked on the link and it's a dead end. I copied and pasted and the same. Thank you again for your time.

That's weird, it works for me. I put it in a gif and inserted it at the bottom of a published hub. It's below the comments box.

If I have to eat out I try and stick to the value menu. The items there are usually much smalle in proportion than everything else. By eating only one or two of these items I do not feel stuffed like I would have if I had ate a whole value meal.

Holy crap, if I ate one burger that most of my calorie intake for the day!

Thanks for the eye opener.
